Who am I? I am someone who has been through the wringer on more than one occasion regarding narcissists. I've spent most of my life as a life coach and hypnotherapist helping others heal, however when it came to my own traumas, ... I forgot. But when the sun stopped shining one day after my last encounter with a covert/malignant narcissist, I realized that the earth shaking beneath my feet was the universe doing the shaking, nudging me with a soft voice saying, wake up! wake up! Throughout the years, I dug, and I dug deep. I learned about narcissistic personality disorder . Then I learned that it's normally codependents like me who mostly attract these people to us. (I also learned that being codependent didn't necessarily mean that I was too nice, but rather that I was too afraid) The learning was the first part. The healing was the second. Today, I'm at part three ... teaching. This channel is all about narcissism and ways we can heal from these relationships.
