ABOUT ME
I’m a leadership coach committed to helping leaders rise up to any challenge and unleash their fullest potential. Since 2018, I’ve been training leaders how to sharpen their skills and conquer challenges in their work and personal lives. My behavioral science background includes 10+ years of psychology training and a PhD in I/O psychology. I also have over 5+ years of experience teaching for the Department of Management at Central Michigan University as well as 5+ years of consulting and leadership coaching experience combined. I've also had my work published (e.g., Journal of Business and Psychology; Stress and Quality of Working Life).
