hey y'all!! ok so first, sorry for not posting much lately, I've had a lot of assessments and things, and haven't really found the time, sorry! ALSO I JUST FINISHED NOTHING LIKE THE MOVIES A FEW DAYS AGO AND I DON'T KNOW HOW TO FEEL!! I had read Better Than the Movies like a year or so ago, and LOVED it (as always for a Lynn Painter book) and avoided reading NLTM because, well, Liz and Wes break up :( but anyways I ended up giving in because, like, more LizWes content, right? So yeah I finished it and don't know whether I loved or hated it. Honestly I was regretting starting it like halfway through because I was convinced it would only break my heart. However, it did end up with a happily ever after, I think, so yeah. Did any of you read it and what did you think? If you've read this far tysm for taking the time to read my rant and have an amazing day!! 💗

⚠️ *spoilers for Powerless and Reckless by Lauren Roberts and the new movie Mufasa (the Lion King)* ⚠️

Omg so guys I just watched Mufasa in cinemas and ahh the relationship between Mufasa and Scar is so much like Kai and Kitt Azer!! Ok so I’ll tell you why:

- Scar and Mufasa were really close as brothers, but then their relationship was kinda ruined by this female lion

- Scar (Kitt) had told Mufasa (Kai) that he liked this lion (Paedyn), and Mufasa was trying to help Scar get the girl basically.

- By the end, the female lion and Mufasa declare that they’re like soulmates and Scar gets rlly annoyed and basically turns evil.

- Scar is the future king because of his dad, and Mufasa is kinda just like there cuz he was like sorta adopted by Scars mum?? And Scars dad doesn’t like Mufasa which also kinda shows Kai and the kings relationship :)

- lastly y’all know how it ends if you’ve seen the lion king, how Scar pushes Mufasa off the cliff, well that’s kinda like how Kitt proposed to Pae ✨

So yeah I just had to share this cuz in my eyes it’s just perfect 😍 sorry if you haven’t read reckless yet but Tysm for reading! 📖
