1️⃣ There are things we can control and things we can’t
Let go of what you CAN’T control, aka
• what people think of you
• other people’s actions
• what people say about you
• how people see you, etc.
2️⃣ As people, we want to be in control 24/7
Accept more, control less
• someone is offering to help? Accept it
• someone is acting in a way you don’t want them to? Accept it
• somebody is rejecting you? Accept it
3️⃣ Letting things go
If you know you did all you could, it’s time to let it go. And, remember: rejection is redirection. So, buckle up, sit back, and enjoy the ride!
