here's my hair after I toned it from the last video (part line highlights)
I used ION creme toner in PLATINUM LACE from sally's.
it's a 1:1 ratio- 1 oz of color + 1 oz of 10 volume developer.
The instructions said to leave it on for 15 minutes—I did it for 10, and it was turning a little green.
