A big focus on full body this week (nothing new) with two lower body focused days to break things up. On Sunday you have your 35 minute full body energising flow to finish off your week in a balanced way.

I’m a certified pilates instructor with a passion for empowering people through movement.
I teach in-studio in Western Australia and have decided to bring my passion for pilates to the online community. I believe in finding movement that feels good whilst challenging your physical and mental stamina.
