Hi friend! I’m over 40, overweight, and last year, I couldn’t walk half a mile without feeling like I’d climbed Everest. But through my journey, the outdoors has helped me find peace in ways I never imagined. I’m a hoarder in remission (yep, it's a thing), still struggling with disorder, mental health, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and anxiety.
I don’t have all the answers, but I’m here to share my real, messy journey. Whether it’s walking in nature, organizing, or talking about what’s on my mind, this space is for anyone looking for connection. It’s about getting through tough days, celebrating small wins, and finding strength in nature.
