Back in January, we launched a new initiative called The Ripple Effect Institute, designed to take high-performing progressive leaders who are here to make a BIG difference from feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, and disconnected to calm, empowered, and purpose-driven, so they can change the world.

Hey all--
These are scary times. By this time next week, the new administration will be in place, and so many threats that have been promised will be underway.
I know how hard this isâ the feeling that you want to make a difference to stem the tide of whatâs coming, but you arenât sure where to start. Or the feeling that maybe itâs all futile, that thereâs no way to make enough of a difference for it to matter. Maybe youâve even fallen into despair, worried that all hope is lost.
Iâm here to tell you that, scary though it may be, you CAN make a difference. It begins by learning how to help those in your own community who are in need, and leading others to get motivated to do the same.
I believe that the way through these coming era lies in organizing in small, impactful ways where we live. And thatâs why I created our new program, The Dual Power Accelerator, to help you and everyone like you do just that.
If youâre unfamiliar with dual power, itâs a political strategy that involves building up local, community based structures for survival, support and disruption while traditional ones crumble around us. It will be more necessary than ever in the coming weeks and months.
