Christoph Puetz is your I.T. Career Guide. Over 22 years of I.T experience, Christoph has worked his way up from help desk and system administration to become a highly specialized and well-paid Senior Systems Engineer before eventually moving into I.T. management.
Back in the day, Christoph worked as a bank clerk and customer service representative for a shipping company. Fed-up with limited career opportunities and low-income options, he decided to follow his passion and get into IT. Soley through self-studies, he became a Microsoft Certified Professional and ultimately a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
