Sorry I haven’t posted a video midweek but I am still suffering with constant knee pain from my torn ligament. I am hoping to get a marks and Spencer’s video up this weekend but I will have to see how it goes. Thank you for your patience.

Sorry I have not posted the second part of my holiday video up but unfortunately I returned from holiday in a wheelchair having damaged the ligaments in my knee . I will post an update as soon as possible. It is getting better and I can now walk with a walking stick but is still very painful. Thank you all for your patience.xxx
