Losing weight with PCOS is REALLY hard. But I did (still struggling tho). Sometimes you lose weight fast, and sometimes you feel like you gained weight by just breathing air. Losing body fat is hard but staying in shape is harder. You'll have a love and hate relationship with food, and random breakdown in a middle of working out. It's not your fault, it's your imbalance hormones, honey. You need to learn how your body works, how to balance your hormones through lifestyle change, and you need to accept that we all have different body. Just focus on yourself and wellbeing. It's really tough but you gotta choose your struggles, nothing good comes easy. BUT REMEMBER the number on the scale doesn't define who you are. Aim to be strong and healthy! Keep fighting. 💪🏻✨🌹
