Save the Children has a long-standing commitment to ensure that all children grow up with dignity and have their universal human rights upheld.

We stand for every child — no matter who they are or where they come from.
Our vision is a world where no form of discrimination — including racism, ableism, xenophobia, or bias based on identity — limits a child’s potential.

We are working toward a future where all children are safe, valued, and free to thrive.

The crisis in Gaza has grown to unimaginable levels in the last year and a half. Now, the UN warns that 14,000 babies could die in the next 48 hours if aid doesn’t reach them.

Humanitarians must be given unimpeded, immediate access to deliver life-saving aid and address the scale of the deadly crisis.

We have been clear on what will save lives: a definitive ceasefire, the unconditional release of all hostages, and full aid access.

We cannot delay any longer.

A devastating tornado has torn through Eastern Kentucky — leaving children and families in urgent need of support.

We’re in the process of working with local and state partners to deliver essential supplies to families. We’re also working to assess damages to child care and early learning centers as well as how we can support the mental health needs of children and caregivers.

Learn about our response and how you can donate today. 👉 bit.ly/3YTd8v7

Save the Children welcomes reports the US will take steps to relieve the impact of sanctions on Syrian families.
After years of significant hardship, violence, and deprivation, there is a shared hope for Syria's children
- but the immense toll of 14 years of fighting remains.
7.5 million Syrian children need humanitarian assistance to survive.
Every child deserves a childhood.

Since March 2 no aid has entered Gaza. That means no food, no clean water, no medicine.️

This is not a crisis of supply – it’s a crisis of access. Children in Gaza are starving – not due to lack of food, but because aid is being blocked.

Without urgent action to end the blockade and allow food and medicine into the Strip, the more than one million children in Gaza are at critical risk of starvation, disease, and ultimately, death.

The world must act. Open the crossings. Let the aid in.

Two years of conflict in Sudan is two years too long.

Homes and schools have been destroyed, families have been torn apart and childhood has been stolen from millions.

This is the world’s largest child displacement crisis, and yet—it’s not getting the attention it deserves.

Children in Sudan need protection. They need food, education, safety and peace. We must keep talking about Sudan and we must act now.
