I recently discovered these videos from a smaller channel called The Chameleons?? (yes, the question marks are part of the name), which goes further into detail with regards to some of the issues they have with Red Raptor Writes, particularly regarding his views towards queer people. This content creator is themselves queer, using she/they pronouns, which imo gives them more authority to discuss those topics, since while I may pride myself in educating myself regarding the struggles of the LGBTQ+ community, the fact that I'm still a cishet white man means I don't want to come of as a spokesperson for a community I myself am not a part of, nor do I want my "allyship" to be something that needs to be celebrated. Being kind to others shouldn't be rare or exceptional, it should be something everyone does.

Anyways, enough about me. I just wanted to help out a smaller content creator as well as amplify actual queer content creators to help people (including myself) understand someone else's perspective on things. There are so many terrible things going on right now, so I just want to do what little I can to make sure there's still some good left.

I'm about a week late on this, but I returned as a host in this year's Dromies, specifically presenting the Non-Theropod Dinosaur of the Year. I will not be posting a clip of my segment this time, as there's no extra content like bloopers this time, and the last time I did that, it didn't get a lot of views. Once again, be sure to watch the entire video, everyone involved did a stellar job, and you don't want to miss out on the end of the video ;).

Most of you probably won't have to guess what video this thumbnail will be used for. And yes, I censored the sw*stikas on the raptor's uniforms, I'm not risking my video getting flagged or removed for showing N*zi iconography, even if the video itself will obviously be anti-N*zi.

"Nazis shouldn't be in the paleo community" Then why do you defend Emily Willoughby, a known Nazi? Don't worry if you're out of the loop btw, I'm planning to make a video explaining the whole situation regarding Emily Willoughby so that guys like this can't hide behind plausible deniability anymore. He's also once again proving that he doesn't understand the meme I used. The "I hate you and hope you die" line is part of the meme template, I didn't add that, and he's saying that IN RESPONSE to the guy saying that Nazis shouldn't be in the paleo community, because it's supposed to represent Tyrannotherium getting mad at a guy for criticizing Willoughby, who is, again, a Nazi. Maybe if I label BOTH people he'll understand it better. Needless to say, I've had enough of this, Tyrannotherium clearly isn't going to change, and will just resort to belittling me whenever I criticize him or call him out for bad behavior (btw Tyrannotherium, I'm not a "teenager", I'm 24 years old!) The only thing laughable here is Tyrannotherium's lack of basic reading comprehension. Btw, I DO have better things to do, because unlike Tyrannotherium, I'm currently in college studying paleontology, so most of my time is dedicated to either school or working to pay for school.

Tyrannotherium really deserves a medal for the most amount of times he's missed the point and spouted out a bunch of incoherent nonsense. I said quite clearly that I don't care THAT he criticizes RJ Palmer, my issue was that he mocked his appearance, something he has no control over and has no bearing on his moral character. The second image of my post was to illustrate how his words can affect other people beside the one he's directly insulting. And I don't care if his friends are okay with him saying the R-word, because they're not the only people who will see his videos, and there are plenty of other neurodivergent people (including myself AND my siblings) who still view that word as a derogatory slur that shouldn't be reclaimed.

Anyways, it always amuses/annoys me whenever Tyrannotherium criticizes whoever he wants, but then whines when I criticize him and tells me to mind my own business. Practice what you preach, asshole.

Look, I understand WHY people hate RJ Palmer. I really do. But resorting to body shaming and insulting his appearance accomplishes nothing but making you look like the asshole AND insulting anyone else you know with similar physical features by proxy. Also, maybe don't casually say the R-word (the one that rhymes with "petard"), that makes you look even more like an asshole. (He didn't say it in this video, but in another one)

Expect a blind reaction to the full trailer from me this Wednesday. Who knows, maybe I'll be excited for a new Jurassic World movie again?

This nonsense isn't worth a response video, but getting this worked up over someone calling out terrible people in the paleo community (especially Emily Willoughby given she's literally a Nazi), is a HUGE red flag. Seeing him call me his "arch enemy" did give me a good laugh though.

"We have skin impressions from Carnotaurus, therefore we know that it had scales on its entire body!"

Meanwhile, the actual skin impressions.

Doesn't look like "the entire body" to me...

We finally have a decent look at the new Walking with Dinosaurs, specifically Pachyrhinosaurus and Albertosaurus (the episode they're in will most likely be set in the Horseshoe Canyon Formation, making this the first time in a while that a Pachyrhinosaurus species OTHER than P. perotorum will appear in a big budget documentary). I will wait for a proper trailer before I make a video, but I still wanted to share this with y'all, and I'm really excited to see more!
