Soy protein ingredients more likely the ingredients made for maggi brand ketchup soy sauce that they using to cook with burger patties,
It is not the ingredient for patties
I am former employee of Ramly burger patty processing
No soy protein being added or using it as ingredients to make artificial food.
90% of the patties are made from fresh meat, both chicken and beef
The other flavouring made from organic vegetables

Well duhh. Its obvious it doesnt have real meat in there. I grew up with ramly burger. Been eating them since I was 5 in 1990s. Still love them eventhough theres no real meat in there. Its heavily processed but thats the point. Thats why its cheap. Cheap and flavourful. Its meant to be a cheap but delicious late night sandwich or burger. Its convenient too. Its not meant to be a gourmet burger. Its like doner kebab in the uk. Its made of mystery meat but its an excellent late night meal.

Yes, it is brand named Ramly, it is for Muslim consumers initially because when it first appeared, Muslims were unsure whether the burgers sold then are halal or not.
The person cooking the burger is the one who put the uumph in it, whether it is good or not. That's why I never call it Ramly burger. I call it by the seller's name
