Meeting an actual Titan after a bad car accident which left me floating in a void, where I encountered a celestial being who spoke with a voice that sounded like the tinkling of fine crystal, and who was comprised of a thousand points of light like she was made of the stars themselves, radiating a sparkling white energy - I was only gone for a microsecond, but it was like an eternity on the other end, close enough to touch but infinitely vast and comprised of twinkling light - it defies comprehension!
Is what it is though, and some things one just has to accept.
I was immediately ashamed for having gazed upon her and blurting out several thoughts all at once, like my life was of sole importance in the vast universe, and have struggled for thirty years to understand my place in The Universe, but I am humble, worthy, and I accept.
Trying to hold on to a sense of self after something like this is difficult, I mean, who wants to harbor delusions of grandeur?
But knowing the evil that has been perpetrated upon women for countless centuries, and understanding that things have been the way they are for reasons, and must be, lest we slide back into the darker days of antiquity, where women were but things to be coveted and owned.
