Exciting findings on the potential benefits of selenium supplementation in reducing TPO antibodies!

A recent study showed a significant 280 point reduction in TPO antibodies with a daily dose of 50-200 micrograms of selenium. Additionally, a combination of selenium and myoinositol has shown even better results.

I take it with iodine. I rarely feel flare ups. When I was not supplementing flare ups were very common. I would just have this feeling of malaise & couldn’t function. That being said it’s not just those two supplements but the main ones I think of when it’s related to my hashimottos
