Don't get me wrong I'll love kenpo ive been doing kenpo for 30 plus years had instructors from the Parker system and the Tracy System i had a friend who did Mitose Kosho Ryu the original kenpo I also have a black belt in Jeff speakmans kenpo but the one thing I've never understood is why isn't kenpo techniques practiced with more movement from the training partner. I don't like the term your buddy is your dummy in kenpo. There are no dummies in kenpo.â¤
