Source video:    • Starbase Tour with Elon Musk [PART 1 ...

We kept seeing a handful of videos with tens of millions of views like this that stole our content without asking and without any form of credit or source at all. We decided that we should just post it ourselves in an attempt to help reach a new audience. Sorry if the third person title is cringey, but we’re assuming a video like this could reach beyond our current audience.

The moment he realised it he immediately wanted to work on it

Proving the point that talking to someone rather than shutting them down, is far more productive.

The fact that he took a YouTuber idea and no belittling him, respected his idea and immediately work on it, i respect that

I love how a real conversation can sometimes lead to an epiphany.

He didn’t care about looking ‘dumb’, he chewed on it and realized it was a great idea. Leadership points earned.

I love his honesty. Many people would hide the oversight.

That face of realization is on point, that simple question really changed the ship's development course

Credited the interviewer and even thanked him. From a man in HIS position. Extraordinary.

genuine respect that he actually stopped to think “hm, he got a point” and made changes instead of shutting it down with the ego of “i’m Mr. Big CEO Man and i’m smarter than you!!!”

That's a man who isn't afraid to admit when he is wrong. Rare indeed.
It's cool to see someone so smart isn't too prideful to admit he could make something better.

I respect the fact that he recognized it a mistake and gave him credit rather than making up some BS on the spot like most CEO’s

Edit: I didn’t mean literal credit, it was just nice to see Elon act like a normal human being and listen to somebody’s input.

I admire him for being open to admit his own mistake.

I love seeing him crunch the numbers live and realizing that it was a solid suggestion. The true mark of genius is the ability to process complex information in realtime

I remember this clip from when Tim released the first interview. It still brings a smile to my face. 😊

Questioning oneself and getting input from everywhere makes us all better

I can’t describe how much this sort of raw honest vulnerability makes me happy. It’s so hard to be like this and almost no one in power is, genuinely a fraction of a percent I reckon. If our leaders just had that ability, the world could be so, so much better and people wouldn’t have to suffer nearly as much as they do.

it occurred to you after he had asked you that question. Some humbleness wouldn't go amiss
