Slow fashion principles that apply to beauty!

The first step is a good foundation: a master cut + high quality product! My stylist @fiorella_lola @salonfiorella is truly a master at what she does. What makes her amazing beyond her technical ability however, is her holistic approach to styling.
✔️She knows I’m low-maintenance (aka lazy) so gives me a cut that I won’t have to spend too much time maintaining and styling.
✔️She knows I’m conscious about the environment:) her salon is a green circle salon (which means they repurpose and divert beauty waste to the best of their abilities)
✔️We also use responsible and high quality products like @davinesofficial (Italian-made and owned, the farm at the root of the supply chain is mentioned on the bottles:) and THEY WORK to maintain my hair health
✔️ For every cut, I get a @davinesofficial control and smoothing treatment which I LOVE. This wash and treatment was done by the lovely @hairbyhailey.carroccetto ❤️

As with my closet, this foundation is key because it saves me money and maintenance in the long run … my cut grows out so well that I only have to make a few trips a year. The product is such that I don’t need tons of it to be effective so I only replenish once or twice a year.

To maintain my hair, I eat a lot of greens and fish, (TRY) to get to bed early and sleep 8 hrs a night, exercise regularly. I also love my @drinkag1 greens.
I wash my hair 2-3 times a week, tops, using the @davinesofficial Love shampoo and conditioner, then either their oi all in one milk or curl building serum.
