Most helpful on my journey towards always having tgat peaceful loving mind. It’s a tough one amidst Globalists at every level of government; BC hydro will shut off our power where extreme weather events occur! Great excuse to shut down power as in Spain, France… God , Creator protect as we look towards your light. Breathing in; Breathing Out…❤❤❤

There are still countless PhD psychologists who still don’t fully understand this fundamental idea. The idea has been taught in America for decades that negative thinking is “bad”. This idea has turned negative or intrusive thoughts (which everyone has) into big scary monsters that we should resist or avoid. When they become monsters or when we resist or try to avoid them, the fight or flight part of the mind fixates on them, the same as if there was a tiger approaching you in the wild. When thoughts aren’t monsters, they float across consciousness without triggering this response. If you want you can even welcome them in, put your arm around them, give them a hug, ask them to stay awhile, as they go ask them to return soon, and do it all over again when they do.
Negative thoughts, intrusive thoughts, scary thoughts, none can possibly be inherently bad. They are just appearances in consciousness. They appear naturally on their own and can be observed with interest or fascination. This is a normal part of the human experience that one can learn to embrace and love.
