No chips, no processed food. No sugar.
Type of food you eat is a game changer.

My Mom died in 1984. She was told "you won't make it for more than 6 months". My mom ate Carrot juice from a juicer. She ate fish. She ate veggies, and this was before the health gurus. She lived eighteen months.

My dad beat stage 4 esophageal cancer with chemo plus a no sugar plant based diet. Diet matters. It may not cure it alone but it certainly helps.

That a qualified health professional would use the words “eat whatever you want, it doesn’t matter” is alarming and absolute proof that some are in it for the money and not for the benefit of the patient!!😮

I have hear a few doctors who also are cancer specialists say that cancer absolutely LOVES sugar. Sugar doesn't really serve any nutritional function so if you have the will power to eliminate it you'll be doing yourself a huge favor. Also all refined carbs turn to sugar so drastically reduce those. Over the almost , going on 4 years now i have reduced sugar consumption by at least 95% and refined carbs by waay more than that. I'm 73 years old.

I'm from Canada and a few months ago, I fell on ice while walking and damaged my knee which then required surgery to repair it. I have therefore been in and out of hospital a number of times for the surgery and for the checkups on the repair. The number one thing I took away from those trips is seeing who is there being treated for serious disease. They are virtually all in one of these groups - morbidly obese, smokers and drinkers. If these groups were able to change their habits and abandon these disease-causing behaviours, our hospitals would be dramatically less crowded. If you are struggling to kick a habit that is damaging your health, I recommend that you go to the nearest hospital and look at the patients who are there and ask yourself if you want to end up in the hospital in the future, looking like them.

That is EXACTLY what my oncologist said to me. "Eat whatever you want, it does not matter."
I was shocked.
I am in remission and want to stay that way.
I want to eat what matters.

When a doctor truly loves his profession from the bottom of his heart, it makes a big difference in the lives of patients. Thank you, doc. God bless you!!!

Very true! Hospital food always has ice cream, pancakes, mushed potatoes, pasta, jello , and juices. But they do have healthy stuff like one piece of wilted lettuce and one slice of mushy tomato.

You're awesome Dr Li! Thank God for you! One thing my Aunt's Oncologist said, to try to stay away from sugar. Because cancer feeds and grows from it.

Yes, what you eat does matter!! I think the biggest cause of cancer and many other chronic illnesses is all the processed and ultra processed "food" people consume. Eat real food!! I have heard that lots of people are beating cancer on a carnivore way of eating and a particular substance in meat will kill cancer cells. I've had a couple of cancer scares that I beat, but have suffered decades with chronic illnesses, and have seen AMAZING results after going carnivore almost 4 years ago. Sugar and carbs are causing lots of chronic disease and killing people!! Thanks for this video!!

Yes, the food at the hospital was awful and unhealthy. I juiced and drank ginger brew daily and ate very healthy, organic food. Even though I was weakened by chemotherapy, I did a bit of exercise. I'm healthy today and it was stage 4 very aggressive tumor.

I’m very grateful for the doctors and scientists that are supercharging the spread of the studies that never trickle down into medical practice. This is gold

I’ve been fighting cancer for nearly a year, my oncologist said to me to eat fresh foods and lots of berries. The saying that you are what you eat is very true. Lots of foods have preservatives and chemicals added and I believe that’s why people in large numbers are getting cancers. Where I go for treatment has had to open on the weekends since November because of the large number of new cancer patients for the first time ever. People need to be aware of what is in their food because after all the years of additives and preservatives put into foods we are now seeing the outcome.
