Im from end of 2023. Im already getting out of my head and come into my heart. I did all you have said in the past year and a bit. And I've decided enough is enough. I'm so confused now. I thought the 3 waves were associated within certain years of your birth on earth. But it seems like now waves are related to when you either met your TF or when you became activated to the TF journey. I met mine in 1998 but didn't get activated and know about TF until 2022.
Can someone please clarify what exactly she is referring to now? Meeting or activation?

Is this the year that you knew of your twin flame? Or was activated? I knew OF my TF (no attraction more than any other man at that point) in 2016ish, but wasn’t activated onto the journey until the beginning of 2022. My kundalini started to rise in about 2017, but I didn’t know it until recently and it definitely wasn’t because of my TF. I have always been super spiritual and have been an energy healer for a long time, so I would assume that’s why it rose.
