I have 8 siblings (all adults), and one Christmas, my mom planned a white elephant party and told us she had all the gifts for it covered and we could just show up. Every single gift was an item that one of us had left at her house, and we had to win them back by white elephant rules. It was a blast!

This is hilarious because I did the exact same thing to both of my kids! I was tired of moving around and storing all their belongings, & each time I tried to throw away anything they would find out and then yell "how could you!" or I would cry and couldn't bring myself to do it. 25 years later I finally finished moving all their things out by disguising boxes as Christmas or birthday gifts! 😂
