BA is one of the better airlines in Europe. Which isn’t saying much. I fly with them as my main business is based nearby heathrow. It’s not close to Asian and ME standards but it gets significantly worse in many other European airlines.

Totally agree, the new club seats are great but I do like the old ones too, especially if you get a window seat with direct access that you don't have to step over the aisle seat, very private seats.

I have flown with BA business a few times now on long and short haul flights and they have been the best airline for me so far. Couldn’t rate them enough.

I am a frequent BA business class flyer and I have never heard of anyone reconsider a connecting flight because of a connecting airport. Remember, most flyers aren't feckless Tiktokers and don't give a fk about the lounge. They need to be somewhere.

I enjoy BA suites definitely a great business class, but the old school business class i really don't like. If you are on a window seat and you have to step over someone else to get to the aisle its not really giving business, but there are a few window seats that allow access without stepping over somwone else's feet. But i always book the aisle if i fly the older business config

As a cyclist they accommodate me well. I don’t need to remember what to tick as extras compared to other airlines. That said they could improve their fleet. Flew to Boston on economy with my Amex offer and their IFE was too cumbersome to use and on my way to Boston it froze and can’t see flight progress. Heathrow is a hit and miss but as you rightly pointed out plenty of food places to waste time if not in the lounge. My biggest bugbear is taking a bus to the aircraft.

Is Heathrow really that bad? I always find Terminal 5 decent enough – better shopping, food and lounge options than a lot of European airports.

I was on there 2-3-2 configuration first time in buisness class so it obviously gets some free points from me 😂 but in all honesty I don’t think it’s as bad as people say I mean me personally I enjoyed it! Anyways keep up with good videos

ive only flown british airways twice. both flights were delayed by over an hour and the product is not very good in economy so i try to avoid them every time i travel which is hard living in england

I think the old business class is fantastic - everyone gets a lie flat seat but they fit a lot more into the same space. Much more efficient.

Unfortunately, the flights I need only for from Gatwick, so it's the old Club until the planes are retired. Window is OK if the aisle seat is free, but aisle is very exposed. And don't start on the taxes!

As a very frequent flyer on BA I have had no issues with BA. They treat their frequent flyers extremely well. The food is great, sleepers are comfortable and Heathrow has fantastic shopping.
