I was very sick with different kinds of medical issues plus diabetic my AC was 12 I lost 92 pounds. My goal is 100. My AC is5 I no longer take any kind of medication yeah, high blood pressure high tension, diabetes no more insulin and cholesterol. Everything is leveled from losing all the weight. I do not have sugar or anything wise like bread. I’m on a high protein low carb lifestyle change. but I wanted to know what kind of sweetener is OK

Eat healthy, exercise, take vitamin tabs, eat black garlic, fermented cabbage such as Sauerkraut & kimchi, take one spoon of extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar, drink kefir yogurt drink & matcha green tea and sleep well ... That's what I've done and just celebrated my 90th birthday lately. 😊
