As a geologist, I'd recommend being cautious about trusting any visualizations of those anomalies.
We've known about the LLSVPs since the 70s, and there has been a lot of research on them.
Recently, geophysics researchers claimed to have imaged the complex shapes we see in the video. The issue is that their interpretation was quite generous, they really don't have enough data to have that detailed of a model, so it could look very different from the ones shown.
They didn't do anything wrong themselves, but other articles and videos that used them didn't convey the important information that they were just best guesses by a program, not accurate models.
