A big mistake you're making when you're communicating with people is that you think you know what they're going to say or how they're going to react to something. So it changes how your energy is when you're going into the conversation. And of course, it's a self-fulfilling prophecy; you get exactly what you thought you would get. Instead, I want you to think, how do I want this conversation to go? What do I want the other person to say or react?
