Lolila's Playlist

4 videos • 8 views • by Tyron S. James Welcome to the life and times of Lolila Annette James. All the fun, excitement, trauma and experiences of the one and only LOLILA. In this series of videos you will be treated to Lolila's autobiography, her Blog, her relationships, her hopes and dreams, her achievements and her disappointments. It promises to be a rollercoaster ride. From her humble beginnings (brought up in poverty from behind the bridge in Port-of-Spain), to her time spent in Montreal, Canada. From her abusive upbringing by those who were suppose to nurture and care for her. To her twenty-eight plus years of marriage to Tyron S. James. And her undying love for her daughter and son-in-law. Lolila gives her account of how she arrived into this world on the thirtieth of September, 1963, in Trinidad, Trinidad and Tobago (the same day that Tropical Storm Flora hit Trinidad). From then on it was pace with Mother, Father, Brothers, Sisters, Step Fathers, Aunts, Uncles, Nephews, Nieces, Cousins all involved in one big milieu and she was the victim in most cases. In her eyewitness accounts she describes many disturbing events which were very traumatic for anyone to endure far less an innocent little girl who would be later diagnosed with depression and possibly Bipolar. When Lolila was sixteen she had a romantic relationship with a man she met through her father's construction company. Lolila was very naive about love and relationships then and ended up getting hurt so deep that it affects her to this very day when she thinks about it. She would have another relationship before she turned twenty-one which also led to her being traumatized. After this she was more cautious about getting into relationships. At the age of twenty-two she went to Canada on a vacation but ended up spending six years and seven months. In the videos Lolila describes all the trouble she endured with her relatives, members of the congregation at Trinity Pentecostal, her bosses of different nationalities and the citizens of Canada themselves. Even though Lolila says she had some bad experiences in Canada she did have some fun times like living with her white Yugoslavian mother, whose name I cannot spell, the times when she ice skated, and her time in the choir. Lolila returned to Trinidad in May, 1992. In December, she met, her husband to be, Tyron S. James, in the Catholic Organization, St. Vincent De Paul. The meeting had such an effect on both of them that when they crossed path again they immediately struck up a romantic relationship that has been strong enough to endure despite some hiccups along the way. This playlist is about the one who has lead and guided Lolila and her husband Tyron through their whole lives. He has remained faithful to both of them despite the opposition they faced and they have triumph over the darkness and are triumphing.
