Each session averages 10-minutes in length and has a different theme from "animal style" to "building the habit of movement". Follow along each day for 30 days and you'll have moved for over 5-hours across the month as well as learned a new vocabulary of bodyweight-only exercises. All sessions require no equipment or only a single household item (a broomstick, a ball, a chair).
