My fitness journey didnāt start in the gym; it started with
My fitness journey didnāt start in the gym; it started with heartbreak. A mix of love, heartbreak, and the intense feeling of not being āenoughā. This was someone I loved someone I thought I wanted to be with. But they chose someone else, someone who looked better than me and thatās all I could see back then. I felt this intense pain, this feeling of rejection that burned deep. This pushed me to push beyond my limits and from that pain, a fire lit inside meāone thatās still burning to this day. I wanted to prove to myself that I could be better, stronger, and that Iād never feel that way again.
The gym became my proving ground, a place to build more than just muscle. It became a place where I rebuilt my self-worth and changed the standard for my family. I wanted to break through limitations, not just for me, but to show whatās possible for the people closest to me. That fire still drives me, and now, Iām using it to help others start their own journeys.
