Another update: Based on this article it seems like the 10% tariff is not just the only tariff we need to consider. We also need to consider the tariffs of products from specific categories.
"But low-value parcels from China, which previously were tariff-free, now face not only the 10% tariff, but also the many complex tariffs on every category of goods that these shipments previously skirted entirely."
