Sometimes it can be really difficult to figure out a balance between being a forgiving person, and not being a punching bag for others. At the end of the day we just have to ask ourselves, do we trust God to take care of these situations or not?
Life isn’t always fair, and thank God for that. If it was fair, we would all be in hell. Nobody wants fair, we all want what we don’t deserve.
So let’s be thankful for all that God has given us, and trust Him to take care of everything else.
Nobody truly gets away with anything, God sees it all. 😊🙏🏻

Do you live in fear of the light or do you desire to live in the light so that other’s can see your love for Jesus?

I love this quote but I would add, live out the gospel in front of other’s so that your words are not hindered by your life. Christians should live in such a way that our witness is not weakened, then the Holy Spirit can draw the people to you that are ready to know Jesus.
“All who do evil hate the light and refuse to go near it for fear their sins will be exposed. But those who do what is right come to the light so others can see that they are doing what God wants.”

I came to Christ about 15 years ago. At the time I was trapped in a life of drug addiction, and found myself in some serious legal trouble. Facing 10 years in prison, God showed up in my life, and He moved the judges heart to give me an opportunity to go through a discipleship program called Adult and Teen Challenge.
I accepted his offer, trying to avoid prison. But God had a different plan for me. During my time there God revealed Himself to me and changed my life, forever. I finally understood the love of Christ, and devoted myself to knowing Him.
After completing the program I stayed for an internship, where I was able to go through ministry school. I also pursued a BA in World Religion. After my internship I was offered the position of Education Director, and got to teach the Bible to my students for the next 7 years.
Now I am devoted to teaching sound biblical doctrine to all who are lead to this channel, knowing that I could be judged more harshly otherwise.(James 3:1)
