My mission is to help every parent regain control of their lives so they can find the pieces of them they lost when they became caregivers. Through my videos, I share self-care tips, lessons learned and experiences from my caregiver journey so no person feels alone on this caregiver journey.
Experience is my teacher as the mother of a neurotypical son and a daughter with a rare genetic disease and autism. My work is to change the story around caregiving and celebrate the journey. I honour the role of the caregiver by helping them recognize their worth and their true gifts. My clients come to me because they feel stressed to the max. I provide them the tools and strategies needed to shift them from feeling stressed and overwhelmed to regaining control of their lives and feeling gratitude and joy in their lives.
